His primary research centers around biomedical and health innovation, entrepreneurship and life science technology commercialization.
As much is learned through failure, Dr. Meyers states, “I have created several medical devices and digital health companies. Many of them failed. Some are on life support, and are included on my failure resume. I am on my third career pivot.”
Why I’m excited to help build Merge Medical:
“US healthcare, often referred to as “sickcare”, faces numerous challenges. There’s no doubt that the more we can bring healthcare providers together within communities that enable action, advances can be made. It starts with education and explaining the problem. As co-founder of the Society of Physician Entrepreneurs, I look forward to a collaborative relationship between SoPE and Merge Medical.”
